What devices can be used to connect to a hosted desktop?

Windows Laptop/Desktop computers:
These still make up the majority of devices that connect to the internet. As long as you have an internet connection the hosted desktop can be accessed. To extend the longevity of a standard laptop/desktop computer, you have the ability to wipe the hard drive and just leave enough of the system complete to be able to connect to the web. This means no additional expenditure will be required to upgrade any of the internal components or the software that runs on the system. This system is called a fat/thin client.
