All the things that would take too much of your time to install, update, run, clean etc. is all done automatically by The Medic.

Oh, and if The Medic finds a potential issue in any of the check-ups, he'll contact a Specialist at the Field Hospital to take a look and let you know if there's anything looming on the horizon (kind of like an annual physical except for your computer … and done every day!)
