Tips on How to Fix Flash

Although Flash might seem like a simple program, one designed to stream online video and content, finding a solution for the errors you're experiencing can be a daunting task. However do not push the panic button just yet, for we are here to help! Below you will find a few tips on how you can fix your Flash player, in hopes that you can finally watch that little kitten video all of your friends have been raving about.

Browser

First things first; it's important to take a look at your browser, the bread of the Flash butter. Although rare, sometimes problems arise between Flash and your browser because one or the other is out of date. Depending on the browser you're using, you should be able to navigate to the "Help" or "About" menu to see if your version is currently up to date. If your browser isn't the most up to date version that the company offers, it may be time to consider updating to the latest version.

Update Flash

Just like above, if your current Flash version isn't up to date, you can run into problems with your browser on certain web applications. Although some might say, "well it worked just fine the other day", many times changes are made behind the scenes to a site's infrastructure which may cause issues to occur overnight. Try and update your Flash player by going to the Flash player website or by finding the "Flash player" icon in the system tray and updating it that way.
